Our yoga shala (yoga house, shala is sanskrit for house) and spa offers a variety of yoga or pilates classes, and luxurious services. From soothing massages and body sculpting to revitalizing facials and peels, offering rejuvenation through infrared saunas, cryotherapy and a UV blue light halotherapy room where you can sit or use a foot soak, a leg massager or lay in an infrared blanket. Our robes, slippers, cold towels and warming eye masks are add-ons. Our services are all here to make you feel relaxed and worry free.
