Our Classes

YOGA means union

Yoga movement is one of the 8 limbs of yoga. The mysore sessions held in the mornings will facilitate beginner yoga. A student coming in will be guided through the beginning poses of the practice until they learn them and can do them on their own. A teacher will be present to assist in those mornings. If you are an experienced student, you are welcome to come and practice during the duration of the time listed for mysore sessions.

YOGA (Restorative/Yin)

Yin is a slower paced class that will leave you stretched and relaxed. This class offer bolsters, blocks and blankets. There will be options to use eye masks or apply a cold towel to your eyes. Come enjoy a relaxing time with Kim or one of the other instructors for a time of tranquility. You can pair it with a 20 min session in the blue UV halotherapy room or an infrared sauna visit before or after class for an added benefit to your wellness.

Heated Classes

Warm yoga will detox you. This will be a staple in the studio. Most studios will leave you dripping wet, but we hope to leave you feeling rejuvenated with our warm classes as well as our hot classes. The yoga sculpt, mat pilates, pilates reformer and gentle classes will be warm/ heated classes.

DIVA™ Pilates fusion

(mat and reformer)

The owner, Roshonda Thomas, has written curriculum for Pilates through her DIVA™ program. This includes on the mat and on the reformer. Her program will leave you as a beginner completely understanding how to move through the sequence and as a advanced practitioner, you can add to what you know. This class is for everyone.
